Delivery Policy
Cost: Our shipping cost is a flat rate of £12.50 for orders of up to six bottles.
Policy: All orders are processed and shipped directly from a dedicated Bond warehouse. We partner with our trusted courier, DHL, to ensure your wines arrive safely and efficiently. In some cases, for specific areas, we may use our own delivery vehicle.
We aim to deliver all orders within seven working ( 7 ) days from the time of your purchase. You have the flexibility to have your wine delivered to either your home or your work address. For your peace of mind, all wines are fully insured during transit.
At the time of dispatch a tracking number will be provided to your nominated contact information ( phone and / or email )
At this time, we are only able to ship within the United Kingdom. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from our online wine store. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies.
Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products; our wines are sourced directly from a Bonded Warehouse. Each bottle is unique and handled with the utmost care.
Once an order has been finalised this goes directly to be processed by our logistics partner, LCB. Once LCB has begun processing your order for dispatch, we are unable to cancel the sale or provide a refund.
